Presenza Privacy Policy

Presenza provides a browser extension and web application that connect eligible browsing and streaming activity with giveaways, participation points, rewards, and related account features.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Presenza collects, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Browsing activity

The extension may detect and record:

• The domain names of websites you visit.
• The date of a visit and the amount of time spent on a domain.
• Whether the active page and media meet the conditions required for eligible participation.

For general browsing activity, Presenza records the site domain rather than the contents of ordinary webpages. On supported streaming and social platforms, the extension may collect the additional information described below.

Streaming and media activity

On supported services, including YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Rumble, Netflix, Disney+, Crunchyroll, and Apple TV, the extension may collect:

• Page or media URLs.
• Platform, service, channel, creator, stream, video, or content identifiers.
• Channel names, creator names, video titles, stream titles, or content titles.
• The date and duration of a visit or viewing session.
• Watch-time progress, media duration, completion status, and related participation measurements.
• Public viewer or channel information needed to associate activity with a supported account or giveaway.

Engagement activity

To verify participation and award points, Presenza may detect and record actions on supported platforms, including:

• Likes.
• Follows and subscriptions.
• Paid membership or channel-join status.
• Comments and chat messages.
• Public profile names, handles, identifiers, and avatar information associated with those actions.
• Comment or chat text, message identifiers, timestamps, and publicly displayed reaction counts.
• Publicly displayed paid-comment or donation information, such as the amount, currency, and donation type.

Presenza records these actions only to provide extension functionality such as participation verification, giveaway eligibility, points, bonuses, and duplicate-action prevention.

Technical information

We may process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including:

• Request timestamps, response status, and diagnostic information.
• Extension and application state.
• Error and performance information.
• Security and authentication events.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Connect the extension to your Presenza account.
• Detect eligible activity and verify giveaway participation.
• Calculate points, bonuses, rankings, progress, and reward eligibility.
• Display relevant giveaways and participation status.
• Prevent duplicate awards, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• Operate, debug, secure, and improve Presenza.
• Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Presenza does not use browsing activity, streaming activity, comments, or chat messages for targeted advertising.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

• Creators and giveaway operators: Relevant account identifiers, eligible actions, points, rankings, and participation information may be shown to creators or operators responsible for a giveaway. We do not provide them with unrestricted access to your general browsing history.
• Infrastructure providers: Service providers that host, store, secure, authenticate, or process Presenza data may process information on our behalf. Presenza currently uses service infrastructure including Cloudflare and Supabase.
• Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect users, investigate abuse or fraud, or protect Presenza’s rights and security.
• Business transfers: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.

Presenza does not sell personal information or browsing activity.

Data storage and retention

The extension stores limited information locally in your browser, including the extension-pairing token, connected profile identifier, connection date, selected platform identities, and temporary extension or side-panel state.

Account-linked information sent to Presenza is stored for as long as reasonably necessary to operate your account, administer rewards and giveaways, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Removing the extension deletes information stored as part of the extension according to your browser’s behavior, but it does not automatically delete information previously sent to Presenza.

Your choices and rights

You can stop future collection by disabling or uninstalling the extension.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Presenza account and associated personal information by emailing privacy@presenza.live. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, giveaway administration, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Presenza is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Presenza, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Presenza changes. The revised policy will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the extension or web application when appropriate.
